1. أهلية استخدام التطبيق

• يجب أن تكون على الأقل 18 عامًا أو أن تحصل على موافقة والديك أو ولي الأمر للاستخدام.
• تؤكد أنك لم يتم تعليقك أو حظرك من استخدام خدماتنا من قبل.
• التطبيق غير مخصص للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا.

2. موافقة الوالدين للقصر

يجب على المستخدمين الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عامًا استخدام التطبيق تحت إشراف الوالدين أو ولي الأمر. يتحمل الوصي المسؤولية عن جميع أنشطة القاصر على التطبيق.

3. الاستخدام المقبول

باستخدام التطبيق، أنت توافق على عدم:

• استخدام التطبيق للمضايقة أو إيذاء أو تهديد الآخرين.
• تعطيل أداء التطبيق أو الخدمات.
• استخدام التطبيق بطريقة غير قانونية أو غير مصرح بها.
• مشاركة حسابك مع الآخرين أو السماح لهم بحجز جلسات باستخدام بياناتك.
• تحميل أو نقل أي برامج ضارة أو فيروسات.

4. أمان الحساب

أنت مسؤول عن حماية كلمة المرور ووصول الحساب. يرجى إخطار فريق الدعم فورًا إذا اشتبهت في أي استخدام غير مصرح به.

5. الاشتراك والتسعير

• الاشتراكات شهرية وتبدأ من تاريخ التنشيط بعد الدفع.
• قد تختلف الأسعار حسب مدة الخدمة ومؤهلات مقدم الخدمة وتقييماته.
• يجب دفع جميع الرسوم مقدمًا عبر طرق الدفع المتاحة: مدى، فيزا، ماستر كارد، STC Pay أو التحويل البنكي.

6. إلغاء الموعد أو الاشتراك

• استرداد كامل المبلغ إذا تم الإلغاء خلال 24 ساعة ولم يتم استخدام أي جلسات.
• استرداد 50% من المبلغ إذا تم الإلغاء بعد 24 ساعة ولم يتم استخدام الجلسات.
• استرداد 50% من المبلغ إذا تم إلغاء الموعد بين 3 و 24 ساعة قبل موعده.
• لا يوجد استرداد للمبلغ إذا فاتك الموعد أو تم إكماله.
• تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة، في حالة الموافقة، خلال 14 يوم عمل.

7. سياسة الاسترداد

• تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة إلى الحساب البنكي الذي تم الدفع منه، أو إلى حساب بنكي آخر يقدمه صاحب رقم التواصل المسجل في التطبيق.
• تنتهي صلاحية الرصيد الترويجي أو التعويضي بعد 21 يومًا.
• لا يتم منح استرداد للأموال للإنهاء المبكر للجلسة.

8. جمع البيانات والخصوصية

نقوم بجمع ومعالجة بيانات المستخدم وفقًا لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي والمعايير العالمية (مثل متطلبات GDPR/Google/Apple).

البيانات التي نجمعها قد تشمل:

• الاسم، معلومات الاتصال، سجلات الجلسات
• المعلومات المتعلقة بالصحة أو الاستشارات
• بيانات استخدام الجهاز والتطبيق

الغرض من الجمع:

• تقديم الخدمة
• تحسين تجربة التطبيق
• البحث الداخلي والتحليلات (بيانات مجهولة الهوية)
• التسويق، فقط بموافقة المستخدم

حقوقك تشمل:

• الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تقييدها

9. حذف البيانات وإغلاق الحساب

يمكن للمستخدمين طلب حذف حسابهم وبياناتهم عن طريق التواصل مع الدعم عبر الايميل التالي : 206ai@tamhidsa.com او الواتساب +966570066206  . سيتم تنفيذ الطلبات خلال 14 يوم عمل بعد التحقق من الطلب.

10. خدمات الموقع (إذا تم تمكينها)

قد يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى موقعك لمطابقتك مع مقدمي الخدمات المحليين. يمكنك تعطيل هذه الميزة من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.

11. سلوك المستخدم والتفاعل

• عامل جميع المستشارين والموظفين باحترام.
• أي شكل من أشكال الإساءة أو التحرش أو السلوك غير اللائق قد يؤدي إلى تعليق الحساب.
• يحق للمختصين حظر المستخدمين بسبب سوء السلوك.

12. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات داخل التطبيق (نصوص، مرئيات، برمجيات، تصميم) هي ملك لشركة تمهيد التأهيلية. يحظر استنساخها أو استخدامها دون إذن.

13. إخلاء المسؤولية والحد منها

• يوفر تطبيق 206 تمارين علاجية وتأهيلية تهدف إلى تعزيز الصحة الجسدية. ومع ذلك، فإن هذه التمارين لا تعد بديلاً عن التقييم أو العلاج الطبي المهني.
• يجب على المستخدم استشارة طبيب مختص أو مقدم رعاية صحية مرخص قبل البدء بأي برنامج تمارين أو علاج، خاصة في حال وجود حالات صحية سابقة.
• لا تتحمل شركة تمهيد التأهيلية أي مسؤولية عن الإصابات أو الأضرار أو المضاعفات التي قد تنتج عن الاستخدام غير السليم، أو الممارسة بدون إشراف مختص، أو الفهم الخاطئ للتمارين المقدمة عبر التطبيق.

تنبيه طبي:

المحتوى والاستشارات في تطبيق 206 لا تشكل نصيحة طبية. استشر دائمًا مقدم رعاية صحية مرخصًا بشأن الأمور الطبية.

14. تعديل الخدمات

تحتفظ شركة تمهيد التأهيلية بالحق في تعديل أو تعليق أو إيقاف أي جزء من التطبيق أو الخدمات في أي وقت، مع أو بدون إشعار.

15. القانون الحاكم والنزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. يتم حل أي نزاعات تحت الاختصاص المحلي.

16. الإخطارات

أنت توافق على تلقي الإخطارات والتحديثات عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المسجل في حسابك.

17. تحديثات الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق يعني قبولك لأحدث نسخة. ننصحك بمراجعتها دوريًا.

1. Eligibility to Use the App

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent to use the app.
• You confirm that you have not been previously suspended or banned from using our services.
• The app is not intended for children under the age of 13.

2. Parental Consent for Minors

Users under 18 must use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian. The guardian is responsible for all activities conducted by the minor on the app.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the app, you agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, harm, or threaten others.
• Disrupt the performance of the app or services.
• Use the app in any unlawful or unauthorized way.
• Share your account or allow others to book sessions using your credentials.
• Upload or transmit any malicious software or viruses.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your password and account access. Please notify the support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription and Pricing

• Subscriptions are monthly and begin from the activation date upon payment.
• Prices may vary based on the service duration, provider qualifications, and ratings.
• All fees must be paid in advance through the available payment methods: Mada, Visa, Mastercard, STC Pay, or bank transfer.

6. Appointment or Subscription Cancellation

• Full refund if cancellation occurs within 24 hours and no sessions have been used.
• 50% refund if canceled after 24 hours and sessions remain unused.
• 50% refund if an appointment is canceled between 3 and 24 hours before its scheduled time.
• No refund if the appointment is missed or completed.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

7. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed to the bank account used for payment, or to another bank account provided by the owner of the contact number registered with the application.
• Promotional or compensation credits expire after 21 days.
• No refund is granted for early session termination.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process user data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and international standards (e.g., GDPR/Google/Apple requirements).

Data collected may include:

• Name, age, gender, contact information, session records
• Health or consultation-related data
• Device and app usage data

Purpose of data collection:

• Service delivery
• Improving user experience
• Internal research and analytics (anonymized)

9. Data Deletion and Account Closure

The app may request access to your location to match you with local service providers. You may disable this feature in your device settings at any time.

11. User Conduct and Interaction

• Treat all consultants and staff with respect.
• Any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension.
• Specialists have the right to block users for misconduct.

12. Intellectual Property

All content within the app (texts, visuals, software, design) is the property of Tamhid Al-Tahhilia Company. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

13. Medical Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The 206 app provides rehabilitative and therapeutic exercises aimed at enhancing physical health. However, these exercises are not a substitute for professional medical evaluation or treatment.
• Users must consult a licensed physician or healthcare provider before starting any exercise or therapy program, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
• Tamhid Al-Tahhilia Company is not liable for any injuries, complications, or damages resulting from improper use, unsupervised practice, or misinterpretation of exercises offered via the app.

Medical Warning:

The content and consultations provided through the 206 app do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical issues.

14. Service Modifications

Tamhid Al-Tahhilia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or its services at any time, with or without notice.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved under local jurisdiction.

16. Notifications

You agree to receive notifications and updates via the app, email, or the phone number registered in your account.

17. Terms and Privacy Policy Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the latest version. You are encouraged to review them periodically.
